Forum@535: Helping Connecticut Business Leaders Navigate What’s Next

There’s No Playbook for What Comes Next

Change is happening faster than ever across technology, markets, and the workplace. For business leaders, the question is no longer whether change is coming, but how to navigate what comes next.

That conversation is at the center of Forum@535, an ongoing event series hosted by Rebellion Group in Cheshire, Connecticut, bringing together entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, and civic leaders to exchange ideas, build relationships, and explore new opportunities.

Ahead of the September 10th Forum@535, Mel Nardiello and Jack Curran sat down with FOX61’s Brendan Mackey to discuss why these conversations matter for Connecticut’s business community.

“You can get data from anywhere now—and so much of it—but what do you do with it?” said Nardiello. “How do you understand humans and then be able to help them solve their problems?”

For Curran, continuing the conversation as markets evolve is key. “We can’t have one conversation and just stop. How do we create value for businesses? How do we take entrepreneurial ideas and turn them into actual visions and viable businesses?”

The goal is to turn those conversations into something tangible. “If you can look three, six, nine months down the line and see the marketplace shift with some of the ideas that we’re talking about,” Curran added, “I think you can begin to see that impact right here at Forum.”
