Using our proprietary behavioral intelligence and psycholinguistic targeting methodology — first deployed at presidential scale in 2004 and continuously refined since — we map the psychological and moral foundations architecture of every meaningful voter segment. Our political practice is built on the combined expertise of BJ Kito and Dr. Christopher Nocera. BJ, Rebellion Group’s President and Chief Strategy Officer, is the inventor and architect of the strategic intelligence system that powers everything we do, turning market forces, audience reality, language, timing, and consequence into strategies built for real-world action. Dr. Nocera, our Chief Data Scientist, is a cognitive psychologist trained at Harvard under Steven Pinker, bringing academic rigor in psycholinguistics and behavioral science directly to how we build voter segmentation, message testing, and persuasion scoring. Together, they represent a combination of strategic architecture and behavioral science that doesn’t exist anywhere else in political consulting.
